Formação de Mediadores Judiciais: Conteúdos, Metodologias e Efeitos de um Curso de Mediação
Abstract
In view of the growth of mediations in Brazil, it is important to think about the appropriate training of mediators. Thus, this work aimed to analyze the meanings of the formation of judicial mediators for teachers and students in a private course. To this end, written activities were analyzed throughout the course, individual and group interviews. Based on a thematic analysis of all the material, the text reflects on the meanings of mediation training as: a moment to learn the contents on the topic; as a didactic and relational construction process; as something personally and professionally transformative. Therefore, it brings reflections on the short training time proposed by the legislation and on the ways of working teaching this proposal as something relational and transformative. With such contributions, it is expected to stimulate the development of dialogues on the theoretical and practical exercise of training mediators in Brazil.
