EXPERIÊNCIA DA SEXUALIDADE EM MULHERES: UM ESTUDO DE CASO NA PERSPECTIVA FENOMENOLÓGICO-EXISTENCIAL

This work aims to understand the experience of sexuality, through a case study, with a 50-year-old woman, with higher education and working in the care field. From the analysis from to phenomenological-existential perspective, it is observed that, for the participant, marriage and motherhood were naturalized. Her first sexual experiences were difficult due to her lack of knowledge on the subject, mainly due to the lack of dialogue on the subject in his family. She also suffered experiences of violence, mainly psychological. Due to her profession and work, the participant acquired, over time, readings and reflections on violence, sexuality and gender issues. Therefore, she considers that her experience in a socially and politically engaged world has been very important, which has enabled her to take more personal care of her existence and her sexuality.
