GOOD ETHICAL PRACTICES

We recommend that Editors, Authors and Reviewers be aware of and follow the guidelines of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) in view of the commitment to ethical procedures, from submission to publication of texts.

OPEN ACCESS

The Journal offers free access to its content, in view of its commitment to the democratization of knowledge. All materials are freely available to the public, and no monetary fees are charged to those who submit their work to the journal.

ETHICS OF PREPARING MANUSCRIPTS FOR PUBLICATION

The NUFEN Journal requires that:

a) the author(s) of the articles declare the source of funding for the research, if any, that gave rise to the papers. b) the text is not in double processing, or has been published with a change of title and the same content, that is, works that have previously been circulated in any language.
c) In the case of more than one author in the article, it must be declared that there are no conflicts of interest between the authors (Conflicts of interest).
d) The Journal considers misconduct to be the fabrication of data, falsification of collections or plagiarism. The General Editor will act in accordance with the relevant COPE guidelines. Submissions must meet the COPE guidelines: http://publicationethics.org/resources/guidelines
e) If plagiarism is proven in any work published with images, data, or any material, the Federal University of Pará and the NUFEN Journal are exempt from any responsibility, and the author(s) will bear all legal penalties provided for by law.
f) If misconduct is identified (Misconduct Research), after publication, a clarification note will be made in the next issue. Furthermore, the article will be automatically withdrawn from the issue or volume of the Journal. This will be a penalty rule of the Journal.
