Abstract

This paper has the purpose of analyzing the first experiences promoted by the governments of some countries towards the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, from the first months of 2020. Our work method was delimited from a documentation survey made on news portals and hosted on the Internet. It is considered that the pandemic provided a new format for the forms of exception present in the context of 21st century society. These new forms of action intensify control strategies over life through elements that take the pandemic as an opportune moment for the applicability and management of the conducts. The sovereign power ends up intending new modulations of subjectivities, giving a character porous to the governmentalization devices about life.
