Abstract
This work aims to analyze the importance of the right of disable people to Regular Education. The research was carried out from the professional practice of School Mediation in two regular and private schools in the Southeast region of Brazil. The work is developed based on the analysis of Research Diaries, as thought by Institutional Analysis. As a theoretical reference, Disability Studies stand out. It is affirmed that coexistence is a major factor in order to build an inclusive education, and conversation as a promoter of coexistence, in contrast to the normalization, ableism and segregation practices, which prevent an inclusive society.
