This study analyzes the academic-scientific productions that establish theoretical discussions between Psychology and the Feminist and Critical Criminologies about the female incarceration. It is a qualitative research with an exploratory disposition, built from a systematic review of the literature. All of the found studies are part of the Psychology field and were mostly written by women. The results indicate that, in general, the psychic suffer, the intersectional oppressions in the life of the imprisoned women and the subjective mortification affect the reality of these women. Therefore, it is shown that the main result is in the significance of the dialogues between Psychology and the Critical Criminology as important productions for the advance of the non-hegemonic discussions about the reality of the prison.
