We aim to discuss the resurgence of gender inequalities and class/race hierarchies in Brazilian science from the reality of PQ/CNPq scholarship holders in Psychology, taking into account the effects of the Sars-COV-2 pandemic in Brazil. 85 of the 204 researchers in the area participated. A mixed approach was adopted with an electronic form application and semi-structured remote complementarity realization. We observe two distinct franchises at work: the invisibility of gender inequalities in persistent science concealed in the neoliberal rationality of an entrepreneurial woman who tries to overcome at all costs, as much as racial inequalities between white and non-white women. On the other hand, there is a shift in conceptions that naturalize as disparities between men and women and between different women. We conclude that the researchers face an answer tension that repositions their subjective place towards the questioning of gender, class and race inequalities in Psychology.
