CREATIVE, EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDINAL VALUES PERFORMED BY PEOPLE WITH SPINDLE INJURY

The search for the meaning of life is the driving force of human beings. The objective of this study was to identify the meaning of life and its relation with the realization of creative, experiential and attitudinal values in the light of Logotherapy. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study of a qualitative nature carried out with people with Spinal Cord Injury. The socio-demographic questionnaire, the priorities in life questionnaire and the meaning of life questionnaire (QSV) were applied. The main results were: a) the existential void did not prevent the realization of values, since all participants realized values, whether creative, experiential or attitudinal; b) body care was perceived as a means of realizing values. The importance of Logotherapy was observed when clarifying the conscience in relation to the recognition of values already realized and guidance for the realization of new ones, through free and responsible actions
