Change in rPOT management

Prof. Roberto Moraes Cruz (UFSC) and Prof. Jairo Borges-Andrade (UnB) bid farewell to their positions as editor-in-chief and senior editor (respectively) of rPOT, after a tenure of almost six years. It has certainly been a journey of growth and learning for the most important journal of Organizational and Work Psychology in Latin America. What remains are the permanent challenges of maintaining the quality of the published manuscripts and expanding the dissemination of rPOT around the world. There has already been a transition meeting with the new editors-in-chief: Profs. Prof. Gardênia Abadd (UnB), Prof. Mary Sandra Carlotto (UnB) and Prof. Laila Leite Carneiro (UFBA) - and with the new SBPOT board.
