The Psychodynamic Clinic of Work and Adaptations Made by Researchers in Brazil
Abstract
The objective of this systematic review is to analyze the application of the psychodynamic clinic of work in Brazil. For this purpose, it will be sought to assess whether the clinical devices proposed in the Dejours methodology are used as prescribed by the author and to identify the adaptations made to the model. A bibliographic survey was carried out on the database of the Scopus, Capes, PePSIC, Scielo and BDTD platforms. “Clinical” AND “psychodynamic work” descriptors from 2015 to 2020 were considered as criteria for the survey. The results indicate that 68% of the total productions used in full the prescriptions of the psychodynamic work clinic clinical devices, and 32% of the studies made adaptations in their methodologies, adapting the method with the use of roleplays and workshops in the collective space; and in emergency demands, clinical care in the individual modality, with psychodynamics and psychoanalysis as theoretical support.
Keywords: psychodynamics, labor, clinic.
