Abstract

This study analyzed the trajectory, scientific output, and contributions of Revista Psicologia: Organizações e Trabalho (rPOT) over its 25-year history. A bibliometric, documentary, descriptive, and longitudinal study was conducted, covering 653 articles published between 2001 and 2025. Indicators of scientific output, methodological characteristics, occupational contexts, thematic evolution, impact, and scientific collaboration were examined. Results showed growth in scientific output, particularly in recent five-year periods, with a predominance of quantitative, cross-sectional empirical studies and a substantial presence of studies on the development, adaptation, and validation of measures. Research focused mainly on workers in general and health professionals, addressing topics related to mental health, management and organizational behavior, psychological assessment, and careers. Scientific collaboration also increased, alongside broad dissemination of the published research. rPOT has played a relevant role in consolidating and advancing Work and Organizational Psychology in Brazil.
