Psychology has been called upon to maximize productivity while promoting well-being and health in the workplace. This study uses the theoretical-methodological approach of the Activity Clinic (AC) to analyze impediments to activities in this field. To this end, a case study was conducted using the Instruction to Double (IaS) technique to co-analyze the work activity of an organizational psychologist at a medical specialty company in Bahia. The analyses point to subjective productions of health action mobilizations that take precedence over corporate guidelines for this activity, coupled with overload, pressure to perform, and leadership difficulties. The results reveal the contribution of the methodology used in creating reflective spaces that promote a balance between the profession's knowledge and practice
