Corporate education develops competencies by connecting internal and external actors in networks to promote organisational learning. This scoping review aimed to analyse the scientific literature on organisational learning in a network context and its relationship with corporate education. The search was conducted in the Web of Science, Scopus, and SciELO databases and the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), considering publications from 2016 to 2022. The study selection process was conducted in accordance with PRISMA-ScR, with the support of Rayyan software. A total of 218 studies were identified, of which 29 met the eligibility criteria and comprised the final sample. The analysis showed that corporate universities play a broader role in integrating knowledge generated and shared through networks. However, a greater understanding of management practices for corporate education, including the development of metrics and indicators for organisational learning in network contexts, remains a challenge for researchers in the field.
