The study analyzed multiple commitment bonds among 239 psychologists working in Brazil’s Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS), considering seven foci: supervisor, team, tasks, organization, service users, National Social Assistance Policy (PNAS), and profession. This cross-sectional online survey analyzed data using Pearson correlations and network analysis, including centrality metrics. Commitment was conceptualized as a positive psychological bond characterized by affect, identification, and willingness to contribute. The sample was predominantly female, young, and highly qualified, working under conditions characterized by precarious employment arrangements and limited institutional support. High levels of commitment were observed, particularly toward the profession and service users. In the network analysis, profession showed the highest structural centrality, whereas supervisor, organization, and PNAS occupied more peripheral positions. The findings indicate that, in this context, the commitment system is organized primarily around the profession and relationships with service users.
