About the Journal

The journal Psychology: Organizations and Work - rPOT - is a quarterly publication of the Brazilian Association of Psychology of Organizations and Work (SBPOT). Its mission is to contribute to the dissemination of scientific knowledge in this subfield of Psychology in our country. The aim of the rPOT is the publication of previously unpublished original works in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish. It accepts manuscripts in the form of Empirical research reports, Literature reviews, Theoretical essays, Professional experience reports, and Reviews. Guided by ethical principles that need be present in the development and dissemination of scientific research, it officially accepts the double blind review evaluation system, a task performed by ad hoc collaborating reviewers. It also adheres to international publication practices and policies, specifically those set out by the Committee on Publication Ethics - COPE. It is currently hosted on the Pepsic platform, and is indexed in the Indexpsi, EBSCO, and Lilacs databases. In the latest assessment by CAPES (Qualis) it was classified at the B1 level. We invite researchers and practitioners to submit to the rPOT manuscripts supported on a solid theoretical-methodological basis, which may lead to the analysis of phenomena relevant to the field of Psychology of Organizations and Work and to Brazilian society more broadly.
